By the grace of God, the advancement of science, and the never ending love of a sister, Vanessa was given a child that she couldn’t conceive on her own.

In this project, I was approached by Vanessa (my sister-in-law) to professionally photograph the birth of her child that was being carried by her younger sister, Ericka. These photographs tell the emotional and exciting progression of events that happened in the hospital room that day, followed by a baby photo shoot a few days after.
